Are these scary?
No. The monsters have big eyes and soft edges, closer to a cartoon than to anything that keeps a five-year-old awake. Nothing on these pages needs the hall light left on.
Why do children color these for longer?
Because there is no reference to fail against. A dog has to end up looking like a dog, and a child who knows that will second-guess a purple one. Nobody has ever seen a monster, so a purple one is correct.
What paper size should I print on?
Any of them. Press Print, open More settings, choose the paper. A dragon is worth printing large if your printer goes past US Letter and A4.
Can I use these in a classroom?
Yes, and creature design is a decent writing prompt on top of a coloring exercise. Print as many as the room needs. Reselling the files is the only thing we ask you not to do.
