No. The house is old, the cobwebs are everywhere, and the residents are a fox making soup, a bear reading, and a squirrel in a tuxedo watching the stars. It is a haunted mansion the way a picture book is haunted.
Why do these take longer to color?
Because a house has a lot of windows, and every window is another decision. Wallpaper, floorboards, framed portraits, a chandelier with a bat on it. These are the busiest sheets on the site and the ones an older child picks when the simpler pages have stopped working.
What paper size should I print on?
The biggest one you have. These are the densest drawings on the site, and a haunted mansion printed on legal or tabloid gives small hands a fighting chance at the windows. Pick the size under More settings; US Letter and A4 work fine too.
What age are these for?
Seven and up, roughly. A three-year-old will lose patience halfway through the staircase. Adults do well with them, which is not something we say about every collection here.
